I’m only using my beautiful 3 office suite near Sawtelle and Olympic Blvd’s.
The office is available every day except all day Saturday and after 1 pm Monday Afternoons. These are the days I come in to do EMDR and couples treatment.
Building: Professional boutique building. About 25 offices total in building. About 7 psychotherapists, a nutritionalist, an accountant, some movie and media, entertainment, & tech companies, a couple of chiropractors and other professionals.
I’m renting my psychotherapy office space on a 1, 2, or 3 days per week basis; paid a month at a time.
Bathroom in office.
Three office suite with waiting room.
Free Wi-Fi.
Metered parking is generally available on the street. Patients or therapist may also enter gated parking with an attendant that collects rates standard in this area.
Renting this office for one day a week is $350 per month.
Renting for two days per week is $600 per month.
Renting for three days per week is $850 per month.
