Customer Service, Refunds & Returns Policy

Our commitment to the satisfaction of our customers and visitors is reflected in quick and attentive response to any customer service questions or concerns. Any question or complaint may be directed to Marc@RealHope.com and a prompt response is assured. If you’ve received an email from us, and have decided to Opt-Out of our mailing list there is a safe unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email that allows for you to instantly be taken off the list. An email, letter or phone call stating that you’ve decided to ask for your money back is all that is required to make that happen. We may contact you only to find out more about how we did not meet your expectation. There are no requirements to meet to get your money refunded. Pacific Skills Training Co. is committed to observing the privacy policy standards that we have stated. Books may be returned if they have not been written on and are in good condition. You will receive a check in the mail for the full amount you paid for it. We do not reimburse you for shipping costs.

Downloadable Products such as the podcast and the .pdf manual or book is refunded by mail, or a credit posted to your card, for the amount that you paid.


Seminars are refunded in full, if by the end of the workshop day you do not feel that you have improved in your skills of communicating with your partner.

Cancellation Of Seminar- If you cancel the seminar earlier than 7 days before the date, you may reschedule to a future monthly workshop at absolutely no charge. If you cancel the seminar within three (3) days of the date then there will be a $100. rescheduling fee.

If you cancel the seminar and do not reschedule to attend another later workshop, then you may receive a refund of the fee you paid minus a $25. credit card and handling fees.
